The EVELI project combined graphic design with precision engineering. The objective was to develop a clean and elegant logo for a premium brand of wooden hangers and translate this visual identity into a physical branding tool — a custom brass stamp for hot embossing.

The final solution allows the brand to apply a distinctive mark directly onto wooden products while maintaining visual clarity and consistent branding.

Project Development Stages

Logo Design & Identity Development

Several logo concepts were created based on minimalism and refined line aesthetics. The final design was optimized for branding on curved wooden surfaces, ensuring the logo remains readable and visually balanced at different scales.

Engineering Preparation for CNC Manufacturing

The vector artwork was converted into a precise 3D model suitable for CNC milling. During this stage, special attention was given to edge angles and relief geometry to ensure a clean imprint without burning or damaging the wooden surface.

Brass Stamp Manufacturing

The stamp was produced using precision CNC milling. Solid brass was selected due to its excellent thermal conductivity and durability, making it ideal for repeated hot stamping in small-scale production.

Result

The final brass stamp enables the EVELI brand to apply consistent and high-quality branding with clear contours and a distinctive embossed depth. This project demonstrates how digital design, CAD engineering, and CNC manufacturing can support traditional craft production and enhance the visual identity of handmade products.
