Project Overview

This project involved the complete production cycle of a brass die set designed for high-precision embossing on natural leather.

The set includes individual dies featuring logo elements, typography, and decorative symbols.

Each die was engineered with a focus on durability, stable heat transfer, and uniform pressure distribution to achieve sharp and consistent impressions.

Project Goal

To manufacture a premium brass embossing die set with high surface quality, precise geometry, and long-term industrial usability.

Key priorities included:

• sharp edge definition for clean embossing lines

• calibrated relief depth

• efficient thermal conductivity for hot stamping

• precise mounting hole positioning

Design & Engineering

All elements were modeled in a CAD environment and optimized for CNC machining.

The relief geometry was carefully balanced to:

• prevent material tearing

• preserve fine details

• ensure even imprint distribution

Chamfers were integrated to reduce stress concentration, improve durability, and enhance the overall aesthetic.

Each plate includes precision mounting holes for stable fixation during stamping operations.

Manufacturing Process

• Selection of high-grade brass stock

• CNC milling

• Relief detailing

• Quality control inspection

The machining strategy was optimized to minimize tool marks while maintaining the structural integrity of fine elements.
