Projects
Motorcycle / ATV Holder
Concept & Functional Features
This project is an internal Lavriv Studio prototype developed to demonstrate an engineering-driven approach to compact accessory design for motorcycle and ATV applications. The holder is conceived as a single, fully printable component, focusing on structural simplicity, rigidity, and suitability for rapid prototyping using widely available fabrication methods. As an optional use case, the design supports integration of a dedicated power module based on four 18650 battery cells, allowing the assembly to function as a compact power bank.
Design Intent
- Develop a compact and rigid holder for mobile applications
- Reduce complexity through monolithic geometry
- Ensure stability under vibration and dynamic loads
- Achieve a clean, functional form driven by structural requirements
Engineering Scope
- Parametric CAD modeling
- Structural form development
- Wall thickness and fillet optimization
- Integration of mounting geometry into a single solid body
Power Module Concept (Optional)
- Four dedicated seating positions for 18650 battery cells
- Designed to integrate within the holder geometry
- Intended for use with standard battery management electronics
- Concept developed for prototyping and demonstration purposes
Notes
This project was created exclusively as an internal Lavriv Studio prototype and is intended for demonstration and research purposes only. It showcases LS Studio’s capability to develop structurally sound, production-aware designs with a strong focus on rapid functional validation.
