Gearbox CAD & Mechanical Engineering Design

This project represents a comprehensive example of CAD design services and mechanical engineering design delivered by Lavriv Studio for manufacturing companies, startups, and R&D teams. Engineering Validation

  • interference and clearance analysis;

Design & Lubrication System

  • development of a rigid structural housing with reinforced mounting zones;

  • integrated lubrication distribution system for gears and bearings;

  • a dedicated drainage oil-collector system engineered into the housing to ensure controlled oil removal, prevent accumulation in critical zones, and stabilize gearbox performance under load;

  • service access points designed for maintenance and lubrication management.

Manufacturing Documentation

  • preparation of detailed engineering drawings;

  • material and component specifications;

  • machining and production recommendations;

  • CAD data prepared for CNC manufacturing and production integration.
